Seule chose, on en avait jamais fait et peut être avoir des instructions…ce qui est derrière en métal est-ce qu’on doit lever ? Ou comment aussi baisser

Si vous parlez de la talonnière, elle sert lorsque vous montez des pentes afin de mettre le pieds droit dans une pente.
Pour la refermer, il faut la presser avec les doigts.

My new Ascent Trekking Poles work great. I use them snowshoeing. I love how easily adjustable they are and once adjusted to the correct length they easily lock in place and do not move. Took them on an inaugural 7.5 km hike and they made the Trek much easier having them for support especially where I was snowshoeing on an incline. I definitely recommend these trekking poles.
