We offer free shipping on boards across North America, with transit times of 2-5 business days based on your distance from our Trois-Rivières warehouse.
Please note that free shipping may not be available for Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories, as well as certain remote postal codes in Canada. If you're in one of these areas, shipping charges may apply. Our team may also reach out to you if extra charges need to be applied.
Additionally, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes due to the box size.

Returns
To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in their original packaging and unused (new) within 45 days, and are subject to inspection before processing.

Warranty
All our paddleboards come with an air leaks limited 3-year warranty, starting from the shipping date. Please note that damage resulting from misuse or negligence is not covered under this warranty. See warranty details here

can my dog puncture the pvc?

Our boards use top of the market PVC quality and thickness.There is no chance your dog can puncture it! We even tested running over it with the truck.
