1. La Mauricie National Park, Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc
There is no shortage of water in La Mauricie Park! Lake Wapizagonke and Lake Édouard are a must for SUP lovers, as they offer a pleasant and calm experience for paddlers, in addition to an impressive view of nature.

2. PERCE ROCK, PERCE
What could be better than walking on the water while contemplating the famous Percé Rock, an icon of the Gaspé region? It is possible to do it!

3. LES BERGERONNES, CÔTE NORD
A few kilometres after Tadoussac, you will be able to practice SUP surrounded by belugas and whales. In addition to observing marine animals, you will be offered a magnificent landscape, as this region of Quebec is known for its astonishing viewpoints.
